Roles and Responsibility

JD for Assistant Manager- Loyalty

Exp- Min 4yrs


Loyalty program management:

  • Develop loyalty and CRM marketing calendar
  • Develop data & insights driven retention marketing plan
  • Monitor key loyalty KPIs and prepare decks (ppt) for CXO meetings
  • Manage and liaise with multiple brands to plan member engagement
  • Loyalty campaign planning & execution:
  • To enhance repeat and incremental sales for different brands ideate campaigns and offers across different channels (SMS, email, social, app)
  • Campaign implementation through in-house/partner tool and ensure execution timelines
  • Report, analyze the campaign performance and provide recommendations
  • Make sure data & reporting is accurate and timely presented to stakeholders


Skills:

Good in MS Excel, and PowerPoint (any tool like Power BI is added)

Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management at a different level
