Roles and Responsibility

CRM Trainer (Customer Relationship Management) – Jaipur & Hyderabad – WFH

Deliver high quality training that follows company methodology, and matches to the skills required by the corporate clients using an Online Training platform Regularly coordinate with the Training Excellence Manager regarding all training activities and process steps Manage the early assessment process and implement growth plan for students, so their skills can meet needs of the corporate clients Work with the Placement Manager in mid and final assessments to gauge employability of students Counsel students regularly to ensure fewer dropouts and greater acceptance of placement opportunities Engage with students and their parents and provide feedback on student's progress and learning Work with Training manager to incorporate student feedback into future processes and content Provide regular feedback to the Training Manager on training content and the need for local customization Coach and counsel the Trainer Support team member to enhance their performance Successfully articulate and promote the differentiators and brand value of EduBridge graduates. Developing an in-depth understanding of the job market, centre operational challenges & student expectations in the Region Supporting the Centre teams in the Training process Maintaining a 100% Adherence to SOPS Building good and strong relationships with clients Build transparency with students throughout the training & placements process



Pre requisites-


Ø  2+ years of experience into CRM as a trainer/teaching (BPO process trainer will also do.)


Ø  Graduation with Fluency in English and Local Language (Telgu – Hyd & Hindi - Jaipur) is a must.


Ø  It’s WFH permanently.


Ø  Candidates must have their own laptop with stable internet connection of 30MBps at least (No reimbursement for internet charges).


Ø  Candidates should be well versed with Customer Relationship Management, should have experience into training (online/offline – ZOOM/G Meet/Ms Teams).
