Roles and Responsibility

1.         Understand business processes and convert them into systems to optimize operations and better drive the business

2.         Work as an intermediary between the Business and Technical team, understand the business processes and convert them into systems for smooth functioning of the business and help the business in better decision-making

3.         Drive the project for integration of organization-wide businesses into one single system (Unified B2B App)

4.         Provide support for front line systems (Seasonal Booking, Midas etc.) including training, testing, implementing system enhancements and customer support

5.         Build cross-functional relationships to enhance operations and overall company performance

6.         Design and implement Order Management Systems for various types of bookings with integration from SAP

7.         Design complex sales reports in with coordination with the SAP BI team

8.         Administer all SAP related issues and new developments with continuous coordination with the SAP SD Team

9.         Optimize and re-define existing processes with respect to new and existing systems

10.    Drive sales and provide the Sales Team in decision making

11.         Work on creating system to pinpoint retailers sales data and numbers to benefit in the organization’s revenue growth and understand the work structure of retail sales
