About this role:
As part of the marketing team, you will be working closely with the brand, marketing, and product managers.
What you will do
• Planning, execution, management, and optimization of paid google ads, search and display campaigns covering the entire SEM gamut to drive objectives.
• Work with a budget, meet deadlines for multiple projects and ensure ROI on marketing campaigns.
• Creation of campaign calendar to help support business goals for all our Business Units.
• Collaborate across all the functions to drive timely completion of deliverables - teams include design, brand, content, digital, website, retail, paid media, marketing operations, and direct mail.
• You should have demonstrated experience in spending and running sizable ad spends on Google and worked with Google Ads teams.
• Ability to demonstrate measurable impact of campaign strategy and to deliver focused results in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to successfully navigate and influence within a complex business environment.
• Ability to handle multiple, simultaneous projects under deadline pressure.
• Conduct regular analysis of key metrics across ad, ad set, campaign level to improve campaign performance
• Create reports on key marketing and sales metrics
• Keep organized records of marketing metrics and results of past campaigns
You need to have:
• Google 2-7 years of Ads Experience is a MUST HAVE
• Google Ads certification is a plus but not mandatory for a quality experienced applicant
• E-Commerce experience is a MUST HAVE
• Attention to detail is essential
• Experience in basic design platforms (i.e. Canva) is a plus.
• High level of drive, initiative and self-motivation
• Ability to take internal and external stakeholders along
• Understanding of Technology and User Experience is a plus

• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Google productivity Suite. You will be preparing analytics reports for the entire business unit as well as specific brand campaigns.

• In-depth and hands on experience with website analytics using a variety of analytics tools like Google Analytics, including setting it up as well.
• Understanding of the end-to-end process of the B2C marketing funnel
• Strong multi-tasking and project management skills.

What you will do
• We are looking for a Facebook Ads Associate to help plan and implement Facebook ad campaigns for a diverse set of brands.
• Manage all paid search campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn and other display marketing engines.
• Execute on monthly and quarterly plans to grow user base and manage marketing budgets on Search engines, social media, email and other digital channels
• Optimizing channels and campaigns for cost and performance managing both the cost of traffic and cost of acquisition- including responsibility for landing page, funnel optimization to improve relevance and improve conversion rates.
• This individual should be analytical and detail oriented and will be responsible for the creation, set-up, and execution and optimization of various ads and campaigns.
Implementing campaigns using a structure and strategy that best suits business and goal.
• Analysing performance data and optimizing campaigns to ensure they are continuously bringing quality traffic to our websites while maintaining a strong ROI for every stakeholder's marketing budget.
• Communicate with the stakeholder on a regular basis to report on campaigns and overall health and provide recommendations to enhance performance.
Monitor and analyse advertising trends, make optimizations recommendations.
• You should have demonstrated experience in spending and running sizable ad spends on Facebook/Instagram and worked with Meta/Facebook Ads teams.
• Ability to demonstrate measurable impact of campaign strategy and to deliver focused results in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to successfully navigate and influence within a complex business environment.
• Ability to handle multiple, simultaneous projects under deadline pressure.
• Conduct competitor research via Facebook ads library, social platforms, SEMRush etc
• Plan campaign structures depending on the business objectives, budgets, and competition
• Coordinate with the Marketing Design and Content teams to create advertising material (e.g. ad creatives, GIFs, videos, carousels)
• Conduct regular analysis of key metrics across ad, ad set, campaign level to improve campaign performance
• Create reports on key marketing and sales metrics
• Keep organized records of marketing metrics and results of past campaigns
• Coordinate with clients as needed to prioritize work
You need to have
• Proven work experience as a Facebook Ads Associate or Digital Ads Manager, or similar role
• Knowledge of marketing digital tools and techniques
• E-Commerce experience is a MUST HAVE
• Self-starter, motivated, and able to take initiative and work independently.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Data-Driven
• Experience in basic design platforms (i.e. Canva) is a plus.
