Roles and Responsibility

Assistant Manager/Manager - Student Placements



Job profile -


Previous experience of providing placement to learners in various sectors


Experience of handling end-to-end recruitment process

Generate employment opportunities for learners by establishing and maintaining productive industry partnerships.


Correspond with prospective companies and arrange on interviews.


Assist learners in identifying employment options that match their career interests.


Schedule and follow up on student interviews with prospective employers from various industries.

Counsel, prepare, and enhance the hiring potential of learners.


Experience with candidate screening and evaluation processes


Ensuring achievements of the placement targets.


Scheduling and conducting candidate screening, evaluation and interviews (phone and in-person)



The candidate should -


Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills


Ability to update and design new recruiting procedures (e.g. job application and onboarding processes)


Ability to network with Corporate clients to aggregate open positions


Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with candidates


Patient, dynamic, pleasing and impressive personality


Have an innovative approach


Willingness to take up challenges
