Roles and Responsibility

Job Description – Customer Success Specialist

This is a fast-growing SaaS company searching for go-getters who welcome the challenge of managing client expectations. We are specifically looking for someone who can not only help build a knowledge-based approach to resolving customer issues, but also help onboard new clients.


As a key member of our team, you will help craft the company's customer success strategies, building strong relationships with customers (both old and new) and collaborating with cross-functional leaders internally to deliver consistent customer experiences. Our ideal candidate will be process driven, and be able to own up a complicated problem set, understand the issue at hand, and work to resolve the issue customer is facing while managing internal stakeholders.



         Own overall relationship with assigned clients, which includes managing on-boarding, implementation, training, increasing adoption, ensuring retention, and high levels of customer satisfaction

         Maintain and develop customer success strategies and best practices

         Building trust and rapport with existing clients while identifying areas of opportunity, highlighting best practices, and documenting them

         Review the customer journey, identifying how it’s supported, taking a consultative approach in helping clients overcome issues

         Facilitate workflow between project team members, including third-party vendors, to ensure deliverables are on time


Desired candidate

Required Skills and Qualifications

         3-5 years of experience in Customer Success or Solution Engineering role in a SaaS company

         Strong verbal and written communication, and project management skills

         Analytical and process-oriented mindset

         Comfortable working across multiple departments in a deadline-driven environment

         Active team player, and a multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities


Preferred Qualifications

         Bachelor’s Degree

         Knowledge of SalesForce and project management tools
