Roles and Responsibility

SECTION IV: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE ROLE

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

To attend meeting for daily assignment analysis, Work with HR Head to create recruitment budgets

 

Creating Recruitment Plan and achieving Recruitment Targets, Managing job postings on various platforms

Managing candidate communications and CV Screening, Conducting and coordinating for interviews

Managing Recruitment documentation, Managing Employee Performance on HRMS

Executing the Goal setting exercise, Managing Performance Documentation

Planning and managing employee onboarding and orientation, Employee Engagement and Motivation

Planning Employee Engagement Programs, Conducting employee orientations and facilitating joining formalities, Organising Employee Recognition Events

HR Compliance and Documentation, Managing and maintaining HR Database and Documentation

Ensuring adherence to internal policies, Facing HR audits, Managing management staff Attendance, Conducting Internal HR audits

Managing exit formalities and full and final settlement of the employees,

General Responsibilities

Ensure professionalism at all times and demonstrate exemplary prioritisation of workload skills.

Ensure strict adherence to data confidentiality and security.

Providing customer service to organization employees as handling grievances like Mediclaim, attendance, payroll etc.

Daily monitor attendance grievances of Management staff

Event wise data collection from different activity at plant

Preparation of reports periodically as required daily by Management as well as corporate.

Correspondence with HO through mail or over phone

Corporate initiative follow-up with the management staff as per guidelines provided by corporate.  Documents preparation & sending formalities.

Job rotation, job description & internal job board activities follow-up & implementation.

Recuritment schedule for vacant positions, selection, fitment & offer generation

Collect all Transport reimbursement forms & courier to Shared services payroll team.

Attendance monitoring for management staff, roster updation & LOP days calculation.

Forward the salary input file containing new joinees, exits, variable earnings & deductions, master changes, LOPS, pending bank account nos, PAN Nos etc to Thane payroll team by 14th Or 16th every month.

Full & Final Settlements, Provide all relevant inputs to Corporate payroll group by 3rd of every month.

Set KRA for new joiners at the time their joining. Induction & other guidelines provide.

MySpace admin user for handling the same activity, Job description / records handling

Participating in recruitment efforts, Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications.

Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process, Tracking on vacancies

Dash board reports for contract labours, overtime, manpower strength

Special sick leave approval process, Budget analysis with the current expenses

Joining & Exit formalities (Management staff)

Publication of event details plant for monthly updates to corporate & town hall team.

Data analysis & presentation preparation for management

Centralized attendance master updation (Management staff)

Manpower planning - Sanctioned Vs. Existing & work load analysis

Strategy maintain for manpower rationalization at plant VRS proposals, approval & implementation.
