Creative Expert (Copywriting)
You will create, maintain and raise our copy standards, both tonally and in terms of its consistency. This is key. You will:
Act as a partner to the Head of Creative and work closely with the Head of Brand, and Design. Ensuring all work delivered meets the high standards required
Debrief cross-functional team requirements across multiple disciplines & work on varied copy requirements
Collaborate with brand communication,, product managers, UX designers & other professionals to successfully work on small & large scale projects
Constantly develop the brand, ensuring copy guidelines are up to date
Create and execute a vision for our brand language
Set best practices in terms of copy
Champion copy brilliance and mentor the team to understand the difference between OK, good and great. Always pushing for great
Ensure you are communicating regularly with the relevant stakeholders for projects
Manage and partner with external experts to deliver on briefs when required
Be obsessive about consistency and detail
Create concepts and ideas for marketing campaigns
Comfortably switch between multiple formats of writing & work under tight deadlines
Write thoughtful, well-crafted copy in various formats and styles, including long-form articles and whitepapers, case studies, social copy, video scripts, and more
Requirements
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience
Experienced in writing for 360 campaigns
Inspire those around you to do the best work of their lives
Strong and compelling vision for what good copy looks and feels like
Expertise in bringing consistency across a company’s brand and identity
Questioning the status quo and believing there is always a way we can improve
Ability to work well under pressure and with multiple competing priorities
Enjoys working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
