Roles and Responsibility

Spreading the Flam gospel, reaching out to Flam enthusiasts, and responding to DMs, engaging in the comment section, building relationships with the Flam community.

Initiate conversations on behalf of the brand. Engaging with users across all communication channels and building a relationship with our community.

Responsible for connecting, engaging, and enhancing the brand’s online reputation.

Respond to all incoming messages across social media channels in a personalized trendy and timely fashion whether they be from an angry troll or a quick shout-out from an appreciative fan.

Develops engaging, creative, innovative content/ideas for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages.

Report and coordinate with the customer service team to get a resolution for all the complaints/queries and ensure that the response received from the customer service team is posted back on the relevant digital channels.

Adhering to the brand protocols and engaging and driving the brand Evangelism.


6+ months of experience in Social Media & Online Reputation Management.

Should be a good creative thinker and an exceptional communicator.

Knowledge of Social Media Channels, Digital Media, and Online Reputation is a must.

Must be an informed and active follower of social and digital space trends.

Demonstrated excellent social media judgment (e.g., knowing what, how, and when to tweet/post).
