Roles and Responsibility

Job Description

 

Role Accountability

 

Manage operations & payroll process of 700+ employees PAN India level

         Examine compensation and benefits policies and compare with prevailing market practices to develop competitive compensation plans and statutory compliances are always met concerning compensation

         Analyzing current compensation across levels, identifying gaps, proposing salary revisions, and determining cost impact of proposed correction in salary; preparing & presenting compensation reports to the board members

         Supervising & ensuring timely and error-free compensation & payroll processing involving computation of salaries, attendance, leave, extra works, compensatory offs, adjustment days, promotions & so on

         Leading induction programs for the newly on-boarded employees and also developing the monthly activity report

         Resolving queries related to deductions in payslips and generating payroll and updating the same to the finance

         Benchmarking compensation based on data and restructuring the same accordingly

         Recognizing competencies required for each level and plan programs to address the performance gaps

         Formulating developmental programs to build competencies of employees within the organization

         Supervise overall co-ordination of recruitment, induction, exit, and ensuring cultural fit.
