We are Looking Regional Trainer for Very Well known Food Industry We have Many branches all over india Pune,Mumbai,Chennai,Coimbatore
Roles and Responsibility

Role & Responsibilities:

Training Need Analysis & Calendar Planning:

·         To identify the current and future training needs of the organization in consultation with the Business Heads;

·         Analyze the feedback from performance appraisals and study external benchmarks to finalize the areas in which training interventions will have high impact.

·         Develop / deliver or facilitate various levels of training from entry level / front-line work force.

Front-End Implementation:

·         Retail Operations: Work with a team of Trainers and TTT’s to drive front-line training for CSA’s/Butcher’s/Retail store operations including onboarding, Product training, process/SOP training Etc

·         Certify the trained employees based on post-training assessment.

·         Explore options such as e-learning and local language modules to increase the reach and impact of these programs.

·         Build in market inputs from trainers and changing requirements from the Businesses to continuously fine-tune retail training.

·         Conduct assessment centers for store employees and assess them based on functional and behavioral competencies to select them for promotion to the next level; conduct development centers for employees who do not get through the assessment centers and start training and preparing them for the next round of assessments.

Training Effectiveness & Others:

·         Create and implement feedback mechanisms for various types of training & development initiatives to assess effectiveness and take corrective action where required

·         Build and manage a strong vendor base for training requirements at various levels; track the cost of training and ensure adherence to budget by optimizing administrative costs without adverse impact on quality of training programs
